Worst customer service ever! Everything we have purchased there is inferior junk. Just tried to return two exterior glass doors that leak through the glass every time it rains. The manager, Mr. DeFatte, refused to take them back, even though we have had them less than a month! He basically said it was our problem and he would not take them back! I will never, ever shop at Menards again!!

They don't deserve even 1 star. They have the worst customer service of anyone I have ever dealt with. I will never buy anything from them again and I make sure I tell everyone I come in contact with to not shop there. My husband bought a new push mower, had it 2 days and we had to drive 25 miles to take it to the repair shop. It never did run right and he ended up selling it at a yard sale for $25.00 for parts. We then made the second mistake of buying an electric yardsport vehicle and right now it is straned in the woods for the second time with a bad part. Their response was to load it up ( can't get it started) and drive over 60 miles to drop it off and have it repaired and then drive another 60 miles to pick it up,were talking 240 miles with gas at almost $4.00 a gallon. It is still sitting in the woods. How am I suppose to get my truck and trailer in there. I guess it will make a nice place for the wildlife to sit on. I will never shop there again !!!!!!!!!
