I personally have experience building and managing multi-family projects, converting apartments to condominiums and lease turnovers. On the exterior side, we have re-roofed well over 100 homes just in the last 2 years, as well as masonry, siding, windows, sliding door replacement, concrete and decks. On the interior side, we can handle everything from simple cosmetics to the most extensive rehab: jacking up floors to replace termite damaged joists, jacking up sagging rafters, gutting entire units, adding bathrooms...whatever you need. We are THE one-stop shop.
