My son died unexpectedly and the staff handled most of the business procedures long distance with me. When I arrived in Bloomington Debbie met my sister and me and finished up the business of cremation, shipping my son's ashes and the memorial service at the funeral hall. On the day of the memorial service, John (funeral director) took care of the last minute details. Having to conduct my son's memorial service was stressful, but the Allen Funeral Home staff ensured that all went smoothly
