Mason, We wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the outstanding service we received when contacting you about replacing our furnace and air conditioner. We received quotes from 3 different businesses for these units. The quotes were similar, but the time you took to see to our special needs and answer our questions really put U.S. Heating & Air over the top for us. You provided all of the needed information and took the time to explain the process. The installation was very smooth and Scott, who installed the units, could not have been nicer or more professional. He made sure that we were familiar with both of the units controls and options. The whole process was like having a conversation with friends instead of a company that just wanted to be paid.
