Terrible customer service if you have questions. The last three times either I or my wife have been there we feel like any questions are a big inconvenience. The last time the trees I was interested in purchasing had no white price tag on them. The kid inside was short in his response saying it should be on there and begrudgingly agreed to look at them....after he helped two customers in back of me who just walked up after I spoke with him. I waited for 10 minutes and still no help so I left. Whoever is managing this place needs to get a handle on customer service beyond checking someone out at the register. Very irritating and they lost a $400 tree sale from me.

PLACED AN ORDER WITH THESE PEOPLE.OVER TWO WEEKS LAPSE AND HAVEN'T GOTTEN AN ANSWER ABOUT MY ORDER..THEY HAVE ALREADY BILLED MY CREDIT CARD PURCHASE. THE ONLY WAY I FOUND OUT THE PHONE NUMBER WAS TO GO ON LINE FOR THE YELLOW PAGES. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED AS OF NOW, TWO WEEKS LATER, THAT I HAVEN'T AND PROBABLY WON'T GET MY ORDER...
