In 2016 I ordered some Paw- Paw trees from Interstate Nursery and the interstate nursery sent persimmon instead.I called and said that was not a good replacement in East Texas, as persimmons grow wild here..and every animal eats the persimmons and spreads their seeds to the point of being a nuisance tree along fencerows. I also told them I paid for Paw-Paw not persimmon. Interstate nursery said they would gladly replace them the following spring To just call and remind them.. Well come April ,2017 I call Interstate Nursery and Guess WHAT ,they will not replace my trees without the label, and they stated that the fine print says they can replace as the company see's fit to do. Also for SOUTHERN FOLK like myself, the NORTHERN nurseries do not understand the SOUTHERN SUN. They will send trees through the Snail Mail without anything around the roots of plants, almost guaranteeing the plant will be dried and dead before you receive your plants weeks later, To my Northern Brethren , it gets HOT here in the South . In a Mail Truck in full sun all day it can be close to 180 degrees in MARCH. The roots of plants dry quick in that kind of heat.

Three years ago I ordered 2 plants of Angel Trumpet in pink.I received and planted them, when they bloomed they were not pink as I had ordered they were yellow. The next year I called and explained what had happened and they sent me 2 more plants. When they bloomed guess what they were yellow again. I called the company and told them what had happened and they refused to replace the order and refused to refund my money. They said they could not replace because I did not have the original package that they were shipped in. I feel this is very unfair and I refuse to ever buy anything from them again. They also said they could not refund my money because I did not call and report the problem within (14 days ) after delivery. I am using the only means I have to show what their customer service is and how unfair they are to their customers. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE TREATED THIS WAY !

Also known as: House of Wesley. This company is the worst I have EVER dealt with! I placed a large order (over $100) and waited for weeks for my plants. I only live 2 hours south of them and they stated it would take 14 days for my plants to ship! I could have walked there faster! I never received a couple of plants and they kept re-shipping. I said forget it I want a refund. They refused. I contacted them 15 times to get this resolved. They have the worst customer service ever. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were all busy. I understand why now. Half of the plants I did receive are dead now. I turned them in to the BBB. I did receive a refund after the BBB complaint along with a nasty letter from them. Live and Learn. Don't do business with them unless you want lots of headaches! Plants are junk!
