My experience is that if plants are planted in the right location with ammended soil and proper watering a warranty isnt needed. I have never had a plant die unless I "forget" to water. People want to blame the stores for their improper care.

you can get a much better plant "guarantee" from any other plant source in bloomington / normal. we purchased 2 trees there. our expensive trees (over $300) have not prospered at all. actually we cut down the swamp white oak, it was dying from the top down. when we called (within 1 year) someone came out and trimmed it UGLY.well needless to say. it kept dying and after 2 years we took it out, also everyone's river birch around here looks A LOT better than mine!!

Excellent source for greenery, flowers, trees and rock. Great selection and very knowledgeable staff.
