Stay away from this business !!



Tony (owner/manager of T&V Auto) agreed to repair/replace engine on my Toyota Corolla on Saturday (10/18/2014) when I met him. After I got my car towed to him from 50 miles away on Monday, he backed off on the agreed price. He first tried to fleece me of $50 that supposedly he paid to the tow truck company. He then asked for an extra $700 to fix the car - that too without any assurance / warranty



When I reminded him on the agreement, he decided to shout at me and would not return my car keys !! He then asked me to get out of his shop !! He pulled my car and left in middle of the road !!



Another passer by had to help push my car to the parking lot. Completely reprehensible and disrespectful customer behavior. I was considering calling the police when he lunged at me with tools in his hand !! The passer by who helped me thought that Tony (T&V) was racially motivated and had worse experience with T&V auto as well

It's too bad that I can't give zero stars. Stay away from this place! When my car wouldn't turn on at times, I went in and asked for an estimate. I was told that it was a starter problem and that the starter had to be replaced. After saving some money, went back after a few months and dropped my car off to get my starter replaced. When my husband went to go pick it up, he said that it wasn't the starter that was a problem, but something else - but since I told him to replace the starter, that's why he replaced it...what the heck!?



ALSO HE WILL MESS UP YOUR GOOD WORKING PARTS SO THAT THEY HAVE TO BE REPLACED. I went in with my brakes working pretty well (the rear ones were reaching the point of which they needed to be replaced) and left the place barely being able to get home because the brakes were so bad. He wanted to of course replace them too. But PLEASE save yourself a lot of hassle (and time...and money) and don't go here!



Customer service also sucks...He's extremely RUDE, and very unfriendly. Also a huge LIAR.



Good luck, and once again, seriously stay away...all the reviews say the same thing and I regret not listening to them
