Such a fun gym. Friendly and welcoming staff and members. It is not intimidating. They make it fun and include everyone. The gym is clean. The locker room is large. There are many class times available. The hour flies by as you transition from one area to another.

Went to my first class and got immediately hooked. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable and the workouts are so much fun! It's hard to believe the classes are 60 minutes because it really flies by fast. This is the first time that I have felt addicted to going to the gym. So happy to have found a great place to get healthy and fit!
