I was quoted an inflated price and then when asked for details Reggie claimed his "secretary" made a mistake. Then he reduced the price and it was still completely unreasonable. I asked him why and he basically said good-bye. That is dishonest behavior and I would not trust him to do work in my home because if he is capable of lying so blatantly who knows what he would do in my home. I wish I could do a zero star.
