I love this place they have the best service and all of them are very helpful i just stopped by last week and i was checking if i can replace my Motorola modem without recept and the customer service said he can't, but let me ask the manager, the manager came and explained to me their return policy and he said he will do it for me this time. after i got home i just realized from my wife that the modem was from ebay not best buy, so i called best buy again to tell them the true and the same guy answered and i told him what happened and he said don't worry we will deal with motorola company, so you don't get that kind of service anywhere els. i recommend this place good deals, better prise, and the best service.

This location is horrible! The sales associates are very rude, they don't answer the phones, it takes a long time to talk to an actual person. If you don't believe me, call then go in the store and tell me I'm a liar if this is not true!
