I purchased one dozen roses on Saturday for $60. This morning (Thursday) my wife threw them out because they started "bowing their heads" as early as Tuesday. I stopped in and talked with Bruce. He said he would replace the flowers or give me a gift certificate. He stands behind his product.

Thank goodness we used Breath of Spring as the florist for our daughter's wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better florist for both the ceremony and reception. Bruce is the absolute BEST!

He is super easy to work with and accommodating in every way. He definitely stayed within our budget, and quite frankly, I think our flowers looked like we spent quite a bit more. They were gorgeous!

With just a few pictures from Pinterest at our first appointment, Bruce went into the back room and whipped up several arrangements for us to approve in less than 10 minutes. He also volunteered to come to our church weeks before the wedding and then came up with some wonderful ideas for the arrangements and decor for the pews.

HIs flowers are incredibly fresh and lush. He delivered on time and he always returned my phone calls (even after business hours). Between the ceremony and reception, with tears in my eyes, I called Bruce to thank him. We felt very confident about Bruce and he certainly delivered in a BIG way. I cannot say enough good things about Bruce and will definitely use Breath of Spring again.

WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT USE THIS FLOREST. Bruce, the owner, is unbelievably rude and does not care a bit about customer service. They couldnt make a delivery and left the flowers at a neighbors house without calling. A week later i called to inquire and Bruce said he didnt care and hung up on me. I dont know if the flowers will ever be delivered now. Again, save yourself a headache and use Blossoms or Jacobsons but not this nut.
