This team deserves a FIVE STAR rating! I recommend them if you have a little bit of time to spend and want great, honest customer service. (They are open on Saturdays too!)



I am a VERY DIFFICULT customer-decisions make me extremely anxious and I HATE spending money. I am also notorious for calling businesses and letting supervisors know when their employees are rude, but this team was awesome!



The office is fairly small and it can get busy quickly, but the team is really down to earth, helpful, and FUNNY. Sarah spent at least 1.5 hours helping me choose frames with some help from Jen. Dr. Gerber's patience was also tried as I asked 30ish minutes worth of questions regarding lenses. They all survived and remained patient (and a bit playful) the entire time.



My questions were answered and I feel comfortable with what I spent for my beautiful glasses!

I went in for a contact fitting, paid the extra contact fitting fee and upon leaving I was given an RX for glasses. I didn't find this out until I went online to order contacts. I called to get them to send the correct RX to the company. Apparently that's against the law and I was told I needed to go into the office and pick it up. More time from work since we have the same business hours. I get the new RX and can't even order what I wanted because this eye care professional wrote down a specific brand that he would supply that cost $80 more than the brand I wear. They have me by the balls figuratively since I have to order that brand. I have wasted my annual benefit on these people. The integrity of his work is being questioned. I want my visit back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This business is ran by two of the most sweeties people, and i will never go to another eye doctor as long as they are in business.
