This man gave me a quote over the phone, gave me an appointment that was very prompt and was very nice on the phone. He was early for the appointment. He was courteous, extremely friendly and answered any questions I had. He also took the time to just chat as he sprayed. I like that he seemed like a good friend rather than a pest control stranger. He even took it upon himself to spray my trees because he noticed a beetle that attracted spiders (he was spraying for spiders) was in my trees and the trees are living spaces and access points for the spiders. He also talked to me about which products would be good to use for my pets during flea and tick season. He took the time to explain why those options were best. Best of all, he doesn't skimp on the spray. Next best part, the spray was safe for my animals and children. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm actually kinda bummed that I won't need his service for another couple of months. Sounds strange, but he was very nice.
