Provided by YP.comThe Migali freezer that I bought arrived in my store more than a month ago. We plugged it in, and it didn't work. Since it's under warranty, we called Migali only to keep getting their voicemail. After finally getting a hold of a live person, the guy we spoke to said they would send a technician to come to my store to try and fix it. We will have to wait for the technician to call and make an appointment with us. It's been more than a month, and we have been trying to follow up with Migali, and they just told us to wait. We desperately need the freezer to run our business! We asked the representative on the phone, what if the technician (if it even happens) cannot fix it in my store? The representative replied that they would then schedule another appointment to pick up the freezer and bring it back to the manufacturer to try and fix it. At this point, when all hope seemed lost, it got worst... I asked if they couldn't fix it at the shop, would they send us a new one? And the reply was, 'No, you will have to buy a new freezer if you want a new one.'
Still waiting for them to fix my freezer...
