I have had a lot of dental work done at the Dental Solutions in Blackwood and some extractions done in Deptford. The staff is so wonderful, very professional and helpful. Dr. Vu and Dr. Riggieri are great dentists. Always make sure I am comfortable and not in pain when getting work done. I haven't had any problems with the dental procedures and plan to continue getting necessary dental procedures done with Dental solutions.

Last year we switched insurance, went from top notch coverage to a notch down, so I moved to this dental office. I had my first cleaning, which was so terrible that it was visible how little was done to clean my teeth. I had told the hygenist that, since I have a high risk of periodontitis, I was on an regiment of a deep cleaning, followed by a regular cleaning, four times a year at my previous dentist. She obviously ignored this information and her version of regular cleaning was beyond terrible. I then called the office and spoke to the manager about it. They got me in to see a specialist, who agreed that I should be on the old regiment from now on.

After my first deep cleaning and then a regular cleaning, I tried to schedule the next deep cleaning appointment. I was THEN told that my insurance will not cover any kind of cleaning until the end of the year and it will be over $150 out of pocket. When I said I was told to see the specialist who will approve the regiment (and my insurance company will pay based on this approval) I was now told that the insurance will not approve it, unless after the first cycle of deep cleaning/regular cleaning, the specialist performs some sort of gum surgery. The initial advice they gave me was wrong, what the specialist told me was wrong and now my only option was to come see the specialist for a new assessment. His next available appointment was over 3 months later - Jan 22.

I arrived 10 minutes early and proceeded to wait another 35 minutes. When I went to inquire whether it will be much longer, I was told that they do not know exactly how long, but there are two people before me. I told the receptionist who checked me in that had she mentioned something when I arrived, it would have been better. She was unapologetic and said that he is running late and that cannot be helped and the other receptionist chimed in advising me to maybe keep this appointment as the specialist's next available appointment is in April.

To put it SIMPLY......Dental Solutions and Dr. Ruggieri are fantastic. The office is friendly, professional and clean. The girls that work in the front feel like my friends. Dr. Ruggieri offers excellent dental care. My teeth look so good compared to years ago.



If your on the fence about which Dentist to go to.........don't delay. Dr. Ruggiere is the ONE. He is engaging, friendly and serious about giving you the best dental care ever!

Waited 1 hr 15 minutes. I was then told it would be another 15-20 minutes. All I was having done was x-rays. When I spoke to the office manager, Edna, she was snotty to me and said, "haven't you ever waited this long for your other physicians?" Uh, no. This isn't normal. Apparently, hour and a half waits are normal for Dental Solutions.

When Dental solutions bills they cannot tell you for what service or what patient, they are billing. They just send bills out and expect you to pay them even though they do not know for who or what they are billing. If you ask what the bill is for they do not know. I once got a bill for another patient of theirs. They sent the bill to a credit agency, and then said oops we made a mistake, wrong person. I finally was fed up and left. It is a shame because the doctors are great. If you like paying for services, you did not receive then this is the dentist office for you.
