Food 0 / 3 Decor 0 / 3 Service 0 / 3I went to alcupuco mexican resturant on june 2nd 2012 and ordered out for my wife and I, I ordered her a bean burito, with shredded cheese on top, when we were headed home my wife pulled out her burito, it had no shredded cheese, the shell was wet, sticky and slimmy. I called the store to complain, they said that is the way their shells come because they dont serve authentic mexican food, they also cook their food for white people. I went into the store with my food to return it, they told me the same thing, I asked for my money back, they refused and hit the panic button, and called the police. I didnt want to get arrested because I was angry, but I didnt threaten any one, I just wanted my moneys worth or my money back. The owner refused both and called the police instead. I call my bank, they are going to take my money back from the owner for not fulfilling my order. I will never return, The only way they know how to offer customer service is to call the police. kenny newton
