Since my son was out of state for college, we needed legal guidance about the potential court strategies and outcomes. Though Mr. Jackson was notified only five days prior to the court date, he provided great, informative and timely service for a good value. I called several attorneys prior to contacting Mr. Jackson, requesting representation in traffic court. After receiving several referrals from different lawyers, I contacted Mr. Jackson. I spoke with him briefly about my case, and he stated he could probably assist me. The outcome of my case was the result I was looking for, which included no points on my license and no insurance premium increase. Although I'm satisfied with the final result, I was concerned regarding never having a face-to-face consultation. I didnt meet Mr. Jackson for one consultation to discuss my case. Instead, I went over everything with his secretary when the case file was created the day I paid for the services. Besides not given a consultation and the communication of the case with the secretary instead of Mr. Jackson, I would recommend Mr. Jackson for representation.

I had a few friends recommend Joel Jackson so I figured these other people must have really liked him to recommend him. What a great decision that was. Joel Jackson was amazing. I was extremely nervous as I went into court but once I had the chance to meet him my nerves melted away because he was calm, cool, and collected and really seemed to know what he was doing. I did not think my odds in the case were going to be very good but Joel Jackson turned them completely in my favor and I was able to walk out a happy man because of his services. Attorney Jackson exceeded my expectations. I am an attorney in Maine and my son got into an accident in VA and was charged with driving to endanger. We received multiple solicitations from lawyers in VA and they all suggested they might get the ticket down to an improper driving offense. Joel was the only one to mention defective equipment which was the ultimate disposition he did obtain with a minimal fine and no points on the license. I would highly recommend his services.
