I had a real bad experience here. I was looking for a dress for an important event that was coming up and decided to try this place. I was looking through the dresses for 30 min and realised no one has even asked me if I needed any help! I had questions like the prices (most of the dresses were not priced!) I looked around to find anyone and there was a lady behind the register reading a book!!! I know the store wasnt busy but come on!! Just then an employee past me and I asked if she could help me and she said she didnt work on the sales floor and she needed to go to the back to do some shipment that came in! I was desperate to buy a dress so I picked out one and took it to the register in hopes of better service and to find out the price. She found out the price and rang me up and got back to her book. Oh, a few weeks later I was talking to a freind that had the same experience last year! So I guess this kind of treatment has been going on for years and is to be expected!

I needed something very special for a once in a lifetime event...I found it at Bonomos!

I came in for 15 min and looked at 3 items that were not priced and I could not find any help. When I was walking out of the store someone was bringing clothing from the back and completly ignored me. When I opened the door to get out there was someone behind the counter who was reading a book!!!! UGH!
