Great service. We started using them at our home but our dogs like being there more because they can play with other dogs outside! Reasonable prices too!

The weekend of June 1st we left our family dog Olive at Blacksburg Critter Care while we attended a conference out of town. While Olive was In their care she got out of their yard. We received a call the following day telling us that she had been hit by a car and killed. Please feel free to share these facts with others.

Olive we miss you terribly, you were a perfect family member and our hearts are broken.

I love this place! My dogs both love being there and I couldn't be happier with Katie's service. She is always professional and relieves a lot of stress when we travel. I never worry about the care and conditions when my pets stay there. I could not recommend higher how great this place is for a pet. It's a home away from home. Simply fantastic!
