We were told that the bumper replacement would take 2-3 days.
Took car in on a Monday afternoon, still not done by Friday.
Impossible to get them to call us back, they gave us the
run-around all week long. Lied to us and told our insurance
agent that they'd told my wife that they had to re-order some
part that was damaged, which was a lie, because they never told
either of us about any part being ordered at all. We also
suspect that one of the employees was driving her car while
it was supposed to be worked on, as it had 65 miles MORE on
it than when she and I dropped it off. Took all week long and
we were lucky to get it on late Friday afternoon before the
weekend, and that was only because I went down there myself
and asked to see the car, and what it needed.
Will never use them again.
