Just finished a move with Aaction movers very impressed with the customer service. Move was scheduled for today 5-21-17. We received a call from Bismarck office confirming there arrival time on 5-19-17. During that call we were informed driver and staff would be out on 5-22-17 by 9:30 that morning. We received a call from the driver himself on the morning of 5-22-17 that they were on there way. They arrived by 9:30am. Moving staff was friendly, prompt,professional and very concerned that our stuff was handled safely. After the move we received a follow up call later in the afternoon from Bismarck office checking how the move went. Overall very impressed and would highly recommend this company. They worked around our timeline when we scheduled, they followed up with several phone calls and the moving team was very efficient and friendly.

Aaction Movers went above and beyond in helping me with my moving needs during a very stressful time. My mother, who was living in an assisted living facility, passed away unexpectedly. I had 48 hours to pack and move all of her belongings and furniture out of her 2 bedroom apartment. The move was arranged through the Bismarck office. A crew arrived within that timeframe and did a great job of packing my mother's things and moving all of it into storage. My mom also owned a home in another state and several months later a move was arranged to have that furniture and belongings brought out to Colorado where I currently live. Most recently, everything was moved from the initial storage unit to one that is close to my home so I can begin going through it all. The boxes and furniture arrived without any damage, even after multiple moves. The crews that I worked with were professional and efficient. Aaction Movers is a business that I would definitely use again, and I highly recommend them for any moving or storage needs.

CHARGED DOUBLE WHAT THEY QUOTED FOR HALF OF THE WORK THAT WAS QUOTED., DID NOT BOTHER TO WRAP ANY MIRRORS OR PICTURES, DAMAGED 2/3 RDS OF THEM, DESTROYED OUR MAHOGANY DESK AND FILE DRAWERS. LEFT A STORAGE UNIT, AND DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TELLING US. PROBABLY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH.

I moved my family from Denver to Bismarck. I've been very nervous about moving companies because I always feared something getting damaged. This relocation was amazing. Ask of my things were packed up and unpacked at my new house. I was in the loop 100% from start to finish. I had tons of questions and the Bismarck office was amazing and I felt like part of the process. I can't be happier I chose AAction Movers Bismarck.

It's been two weeks and according to United Van lines or stuff is still "loading". It was loaded and left the home on The 1st. The customer service at AAction is terrible! We were told "oh, no it will be there well before the 14 day window" by Dan. Then he said it would be delivered on the 13th. Today is the 13th and the best united can do is call them on Monday. AAction Movers has not updated the internal system so United knows nothing. We have called Dan about 5 times this week asking for an update with no return call. We were also told the 1st week that "they couldn't find a driver". Seems to be there go to excuse. I would not entrust your move to this company! Moving I'd stressful enough without poor customer service and the headache of dealing with places like this.

Worst moving company I've worked with so far. The packers didn't pack everything they were supposed to, the ones who loaded the truck a few days later had to finish which took a very long time, we moved, were expecting delivery the day after we moved in, over a week after we moved out. We're now going on two weeks with no delivery because they "couldn't find a driver." Fail.
