This Radio Shack deserves your patronage. It corrected a mistake made by the Carson City outlet, which sold me the wrong battery for my telephone. While store policy is not to accept returns on phone batteries due to instances of customer fraud, the manager made an exception even when I was unable to produce a sales receipt (I inadvertently left it at home, which is about an hour away).

The owner is always amazingly Gracious.

He is the kind of person that will send you to a competitor if he thinks it's in YOUR best interest.

BEST Radio Shack I've ever been to. And I've gone to a lot for almost 50 years.
