Amazing service, they don't sell you things that you don't need. They're always smiling and informative. I highly recommend!

I was just told that my 2004 Infinity 56,000 miles has to have the engine replaced for incompetent oil changes at Rand L. I can get no relief from Infinity. They say report R and L. R and L has no records for oil changes I had done. Only place I took the car every 3,000 miles. They had my name mispelled. So their record keeping is poor and they are bound by law to keep records. Now I'm out a car and will cost 10,000 to fix.
