I cannot say enough positive things about WTD!! The facility is great for the dogs and the staff is fabulous!! One of my dogs suffers from severe car anxiety and even she wags her tail and hops right in the car when she hears we are going to "daycare"!

Adam and the staff at We Talk Dog are fantastic! They go out of their way to make sure that your dog is happy and taken care of. My dog absolutely loves getting to play all day and comes home happy and exhausted every time!

We Talk Dog has been a wonderful solution for my high energy dog while I work long hours. We have been going to We Talk Dog for over two years. They are wonderful. Both me and my dog are greeted by name and the handlers seem truly excited to see my dog. (He even has a nickname there.) The handlers work on basic manners with my dog while he is there and my dog gets so excited in the car when we are almost there that he can't sit still. We have also boarded there and it is a comfort to me that he is not having to stay in a crate for the majority of the time. The dogs are allowed to play most of the day and they have both indoor and outdoor play yards. They have pools and throw tennis balls. Its a great way to get energy out of your dog while socializing him with other dogs and people. My dog comes home happy and tired every day. I have tried 3 other facilities over thee years and by far am most pleased with WTD. My only complaint with them is they can be difficult to schedule with over spring break but otherwise, I have no complaints and would highly recommend them.

Adam and the entire staff at We Talk Dog are great! They have been more than helpful in socializing our German Shepard with other dogs at daycare. Princeton loves all of his friends at We Talk Dog. I am so thankful to know that so many people love and care for my baby when I leave him there. If anyone is in need of daycare, boarding, or grooming services, We Talk Dog is the best place in Birmingham to take your pet, and the only one that I completely trust. Thanks, We Talk Dog team, for being so awesome!

Was not happy

A few years ago this trainer came over to our house to help us with our 4 dogs. in my opinion his training methods were too aggressive and inhumane. He wanted the dogs to fear him, not respect him. One method he used is called the half hitch and he told us it was comparable to putting a gun to a person's head, that's how much fear it causes the dog. One of my dog had fear aggression issues so this wasn't, in my opinion, the best method to use. By the end of the session my dogs were terrified, shaking, psychologically damaged. The owner of Flint Hill K9 came to see the dogs a short time later and concluded that the training methods Adam used when he came over probably made the dogs worse. I should have asked him to leave as soon as he started being aggressive with my babies and I should have demanded a refund.
