My husband saw Dr. Bugg yesterday and was a first time patient at the office. The Doctor asked a few questions, wrote a prescription and sent him on his way. He did not hear my husband out. He did not listen to my husband. He did not help my husband. My husband felt very uncomfortable and was not even given a chance for help. I called the office today and have gotten the run-around from his nurse but have not been allowed to speak with the office manager. I would not recommend this Doc to anyone. His nurse asked me about getting in touch with my husband to have him come back but after speaking with him about it, he has no desire to go back to this location at all. It is sad that a person goes to a doctor for help and is turned away without even so much as simple blood work. The next call I will be making is to our insurance company to dispute the charges.

UROLOGY CENTERS OF ALABAMA I would give a high rating to but one of its urologists RODNEY DENNIS? I believe him to be an UNETHICAL LIAR. He betrayed a confidence to a third party and never acknowledged what he did or eexpressed any regret for it. I donlt care how good he is as a practicioner if he can't be trusted then avoid him at all costs is my reccomendation. I am sorry I ever let him operate on me and am glad that I FINALLY ended up with the partner at his practice who I wanted in the beginning. He has the bedside manner of wet cardboard..... I regret that I ever let him touch me, let alond that I CONFIDED in him only to have that betrayed....

I see Dr. Thomas Moody at this practice and Surgical Physician's Assistant CHRIS SPIVEY-- He is my favoirte urologist I have seen in the state and she is WONDER WOMAN for folks with ED or Peyronies Disease issues. Never thought I'd be ok with a woman for procedures like I have done in regard to that but she is THE BEST ever. Never could have done all I have had to do had she not been in charge of my treatment.
