Provided by SuperpagesElla in the Bulk Mail area is not customer oriented at all. She is very uncooperative and rude. It is almost impossible to get any helpful information from her. If she worked (and I use that term lightly) at any business other the federal government, she would have been fired months ago. If you want to do bulk mail business in Birmingham, it has to go through this post office so there is no competition - guess that's why it's possible for them to treat customers like dirt.
