This is a rip off apartment , when i moved out my last month rent is $799.00 but they end up charged me $1800.00 because all the fees ... I did not break the contract .
I tried to contact them 4 times and nicely asked the manager ( her name is Katrina ) to call me back to help with my problem but she never did and left my problem unsolve .
I wish i have never rented from them :((
There are many other apartments in that area are cheaper then them and its nice too.
This is true experienced from my self and if you have to rent from them , please ask about all the fees and fines before you move in , or you'll be sorry for your self just like i did .
Also the services are not good , some time they let you wait longer than a week to fix things and they charges you even if it not your fault , they also charges you if you forgot to bring in your empty trash can ...
I can't stand it any more so i have to move out and its cost me $1000.00 to pay for fees and fines .

DONT LIVE HERE THEY SUCK AND SO DOES THE SERVICE . THEY WANT FIX ANYTHING!!!!!!!
