The rent is very reasonable. The maintenance is awful. They almost never show,Or are a weeklate to fix things. The staff is short. The property managers are not showingdiversity. They are only moving in certain people. They dont have a pool or laundry room, like they once had. They do offer pest control, but it seems as if that is even attracting more insects. Cooperate needs to step in Head first.

Maintenance is very poor....property managers treat you as if...you are dumb...and braking things on your own..when thats far from the truth..they take their time to fix things...and..when they do its not correct....the laundry mat is terrible...omg..the smell...tge broken washers/drawers...trash everywhere..mold/mildew..wish i wouldve seen that before i signed the lease...
