Thier Service is always excellent. They do everything in a freindly professional, reputable, and ethical manner. They listen to what you say, they explain the problem and all your alternatives. The repairs are always done right the first time. I cant think of a better place to take care of my cars. The only thing keeping this place from earning 5 stars is the that they are pricy (which may not be fair because in this case you get what you pay for!)

As a female who knows VERY little about cars, I have been taken advantage of my most mechanics my entire driving life. I absolutely love working with Betsy Saab because she knows how women feel and she is the most honest mechanic & business woman that I have ever met.
