saw the reviews online and went in for a updated prescription. everybody there was very informal and friendly. i got my eyes checked and ordered glasses. the man that waited on me really talked to me about different options that might work well for my prescription and what i do for a living. i had not heard about any of this before but i went ahead and ordered 2 pair of glasses. one for just regular no line bifocals and a lens strictly for my office. that office lens is amazing. i am very pleased with the service and product knowledge at this pearle vision. prices are not cheap but not crazy either and i have had cheap glasses that i could not see out of so in my case anyway i got what i paid for. price is the only reason i did not give them 5 stars

Pearle Vision on Hwy 280 is a very nice place to shop for eyeglasses and staff is very knowledgable. I have been a customer at both Pearle Visions in Birmingham al but the one on 280 is where i will shop from now on. not sure of the managers name at this store but he was very good at explaining all the different types of bifocals and which type would best suit me and what i do for a living.. made me feel like more than a customer.. I would not hesitate to reccomend friends or family to shop at this Pearle Vision

i saw a sign on the road for a cheap eye exam from pearle vision. i called the store and talked to a gentleman named mike. he gave me all the details on the eye exam and what it recquired to get the exam at the special price. they were able to see me immediately and i will tell you now.. at 47 and having worn glasses for 30 plus years i was impressed with everything about pearle vision on hwy 280. from the very friendly doctor to mike the associate that took care of me after my exam. he took the time to tell me about all the latest lens choices as well as what made the new lenses better than the old lens choices. really seemed to know what he was doing. the glasses came back very quickly. bottom line... great place to do business

I am very pleased with this place.. very fast and did good job.. did not have to wait to be helped only stayed there about 45 minutes.. they are very helpful and so pleasant... I will only go to them for my eyes because they care.. I' ve always had bad experiences at other places so i have put off going to get my glasses and contacts for about two years... Im very glad i decided to go there.. thx pearle.. im one happy camper!!!!!
