Bad business practice! Customer service is sucks and unprofessional! I have claims to the State of Alabama Attorney General's Office, Consumer Affairs, RipOff.com, Better Business Bureau, Yelp and Google.



Holding funds from my company and got no signed contract. If you're thinking about going to bed with this company be prepared for them to hold your money whenever they want. In my 25years doing business I have never heard of a processor that holds you money. You can see my full review at YELP and Better Business Bureau. You have been warned. Beware!!!

Cheat, Bad customer service & Rude

I've used them for around 3 yrs but have had lots of problem, terminal didn't work properly and we called to notify them, they charged us for new terminal...Comon how can you charge if your renting it? They disn't send us paper rolls on time and due to this we lost some business...Totally crazy huh



And thier customer service is sux big time...I just don't recommend this scamy people...����

Great Company

My previous processor would hold my money for weeks if I ran a large transaction regardless of what I would send them. In desperation I started looking for another company and a friend recommended MLS Direct Network. I was surprised to find a national credit card processing company headquartered in Birmingham. They have been great.

No more money being held for weeks and their Birmingham staff is awesome to deal with. I promise you won't be dissapointed, they are the real deal.Ashley D.

Great Company to Work With

I have been accepting credit cards for over 10 years and have used several different companies. So when my terminal

broke on a Saturday afternoon just before our evening rush I knew we'd be down for the rest of the weekend and likely until Monday or Tuesday of the next week. For a restaurant this is disastrous. I would be looking at having to key in

several hundred transactions probably taking several painful hours. I had just started using MLS Direct Network and

wasn't fully aware of their after hours capabilities. I called into the helpdesk and they gave me the after hours terminal replacement number and when I called a guy named Bill answered. I explained my situation and he said he would have a new terminal out in an hour or so. It wasn't until he showed up about an hour and a half later that I really believed he would actually come! He had the new terminal installed and operating in 5 minutes and we hardly missed a beat.

In 10 years I have never had a credit card company even offer to do this on a weekend and certainly not actually fulfill such a request.I will never use another company as this is the kind of service you will rarely find in this industry.

They also saved me significantly on my processing cost. Great company. I highly recommend them.

MLS Saved Me!

I opened a new restaurant in Birmingham recently and was using my local bank to set up my credit card processing. I realized that I would pay a bit more but was more focused on getting opened and felt this would be the quickest way. Two days before our grand opening my bank still didn’t have our terminal ready. That’s when I realized they were actually going through an out of state company. In desperation I went to the yellow pages and found MLS Direct’s ad and called them. In less than 2 hours they had a very knowledgeable rep, David, at my location, (my bank took 2 days just to get their rep to call me). David made the sign up process so easy and saved me a significant amount of money verses what my bank was going to charge me. 24 hours later David delivered & installed a brand new terminal……for free! A couple of weeks later I called their local support desk with some questions and actually spoke to a live person by the 2nd ring. They were very helpful and even offered to have David come back out and train some of my new staff. A few weeks later I called in for some more terminal paper and they had a whole case to me by the next day…..for free! I can’t say enough about the great experience I have had with MLS Direct Network. If only my other vendors were so pleasant to deal with.
