Working with this phenomenal company has been an honor over the years. When they call we respond. Our technician do their best to take care of our clients needs every call every time.

I live in an apartment managed by JH Berry. My AC is not blowing cold air. I called yesterday around 1:00 pm and reported this problem. No response. I emailed maintenance dept. I got no response. I called back around 4 that afternoon. Answering service again. Still, no response. I called back around 8:30. By this time it's hot in my apartment and my Siberian Husky was not happy. I have called 3 times today. The last time I called the answering service rep. informed me that if the outside temperature was not at least 80 degrees they don't consider it an emergency. WHAT???!!! Why didn't JH Berry respond on Friday when I contacted them during business hours? Why didn't any of the other call center employees inform me that this wasn't considered an emergency service call? I asked the call center guy if he could please call JH Berry and have them call me. He said, "no, and that's their policy." I live in an upstairs unit. It's 80 degrees in my apartment and it's humid!!!

Renting from them was a huge mistake. Seems reasonably priced, but you will pay at least an extra month because they will keep your security deposit regardless of damages.

This place is this the WORST! Management is horrible. No one does what they say they will do. When they do get around to doing something they do it wrong. They don't pay attention to details and when you point out what they haven't done they act like your in their way. I did not read a review on this place before I moved in and I wish I would have. I have only been living here for less than a month and already I feel as if it was a mistake. The apartment have so much potential. The floor plan is nice. The rooms have space, they are located in a nice school zone, and reasonably priced. These are the things that attracted me. & I viewed the apartment two times before I decided to rent. I don't like to complain; however, when I see roaches, that’s my deal breaker. I'm keep calling and I am going to keep complaining because I pay rent and my kids and I deserve to have a nice place to live. I rate this place a ZERO, but they making me put one star. Disappointed.

My experience was horrible!!!

Stay away from this company. The apartment was in a great location. The Business Office and their practices are horrible. The maintenance was horrible, their over all general policies are the WORST! When you view a property, be SURE its 100% livable BEFORE signing a lease or you will regret it. They have a pet policy that is not enforced. I would not rent a facility from these people if it was a dog kennel. If you are a current tenant with these people, I truly feel very sorry for you. Make sure you take pictures of EVERYTHING when you move, or you can hang up your measly security deposit. They will "Look" for reasons not to give it back. In closing, I would like to state that I moved on my own free will. I was NOT evicted. I could imagine some people who go through an eviction process might rant out of anger. I just made a mistake in renting from these people, don't do the same!!!
