Would like to Thank this business for the excellent work on my car today , they went above and beyond what they had to do. Very friendly and prompt service , would use them again.

I was always nice to the employes had a falling out with jacky talk to me like I was a kid, blamed for some thing for no reason,was not nice to me ,she thru me under the bridge,emp took up for her,i have always enjoyed stopping there ,now tim don't have any thing to sa to me,sad im a good person she mae me look bad im 78yrs old she was negative to me.will miss all joe

280 paint and Body not only performed poor quality workmanship, they also damaged my front headlight during the time they had my vehicle. When I tried to reasonably show them the damage they participated in continued lies and misrepresentation of the facts to not be held accountable for their actions.Not only did I have to take my vehicle to another shop for repairs, but I also had to pay for this out of my pocket. The folks at 280 Paint and Body will lie to cover their mistakes and will clearly take advantage of any unsuspecting customer to make an extra dollar by poor workmanship or disregard for damage they incure upon a customer's vehicle. It has been a complete disaster trying to work with them. Unfortunately I have been forced to seek legal action to make sure they are held accountable. It's best to stay away from 280 Paint and Body unless you want to have your car repaired a second time around and pay an attorney for lawsuit.

These guys went and got the truck for me, did marvelous work esp. matching the existing black paint.. They had it ready to roll when they said they would & Wally was someone I'll do business with in the future. They did a fantastic job and got it done much faster than I anticipated and the bill was my deductible plus a door handle that I carried off, which he sold to me at cost after painting it. They do great work and I give them 6 stars & they'll for sure be hearing from me again if I get in an accident. Thank you 280 Paint & Body.. Easiest experience I've EVER had with a body shop and you did what you said you would when you said you would and that goes a long way with me being in the service business myself.. A+++++++ Awesome Job!! Couldn't be happier!!!

Got a bill for twice the amount of the estimate. When I questioned it, I got cussed out. The work is mediocre and they managed to break things that weren't broken

It was because of my job that I even learned that I could take my car anywhere to be repaired after an accident. After learning this information almost a week later I hit a deer on my way home from work. I called Jackie and she told me we will take care of it. She knew the horrible experience I had previously when my brand new car was hit by a drunk driver and the insurance company told where I "needed" to take it. I baby my cars, but once again I had to leave her in someone else's hands. I left it on Monday and it was ready on Wednesday and to my surprise they had even washed her. In a perfect world we wouldn't have auto accidents, but the next time my car needs any work done I already know where it will be going. Jackie was wonderful when listening to my needs, but Buddy just may be their best employee.
