Well considering they tow cars on Saturday and Sunday they should answer the phone and at least tell me how much it is going to be to get my car back.

Fay M. I can understand your frustration but at the same time your vehicle was located at a Chop Shop with several stolen vehicles. Your vehicle was removed per law enforcement. You had the chance to come pick your vehicle up from our storage lot once you were able to prove ownership of vehicle.

This company has done nothing but give me the run around since 2013. My car was taken from a private residence I asked them to return it via US Postal certified letter. No response they are claiming the car was abandoned & trying to get a title this was a 5 yr old one owner Maxima when it was stolen.

Called for a tow and was quoted $85 for a tow to my mechanics shop. then when we got to the shop the driver demanded an extra $25 for the after 6pm tow. I had called them well before 5pm. He wouldn't let the car off the truck and threatened to haul it to the Hatcher lot and then I could pay a storage fee too. Luckily my uncle could bring the extra money the driver was extorting from me. NEVER use these people!!!

Went to get my car and they had put a big scratch down the side. I had pictures to prove they did it but they wouldn't even discuss it. Told me and my girlfriend to get our black a** out. We left and I saw a rebel flag tag on the owners white Tahoe. Explains it all.
