I live in Guntersville. When traveling to Birmingham,whether on business or pleasure, I try to plan my schedule to include either lunch or dinner at Gianmarco's. Many thanks to Alan and Lind Burks for my introduction to this fine reataurant.

This was recommend to us by a friend for our 5th anniversary. Needless to say in the 3 years since we have spent every major (and minor) celebration there. It is THE BEST Italian food in the city hands down. They have AMAZING specials each night. The dining area is small and quite but it does have an open kitchen if you would like to view them cooking all the yummies! I do reccommend reservations. You will LOVE this place!!!

I was looking for a good Italian restaurant to take my family to, on a whim, I chose Gianmarco's...It was the best decision I ever made! I can't believe how wonderful the food is, it beats every other Italian restaurant in town. I highly recommend choosing this restaurant...but be sure and call for reservations as this place has become VERY popular among the locals!

I have had the pleasure of eating at Gianmarco's on a a number of occasions, and I think that each meal has been more enjoyable that the one that preceded it. The prices are reasonable and the fare is, in my opinion, the best in town. The only real concern that I have is that so many people have discovered the place that a reservation well in advance of your desired dining date has become an absolute necessity.
