Duffy's Garage was awesome!! I went in with no AC they found what was wrong and fixed it quickly! Outstanding customer service and a very clean, fun place to sit while waiting for your car! I will never hesitate to take my Audi back there! Thumbs up!!!

I was referred to Duffy's by a friend. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and professional. They diagnosed my car very quickly, and as a woman I felt like they explained the situation very well. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends!

The good: Duffy's was very affordable. They are really nice people. Was given a quote on the phone and the price was the same when i picked it up except for they didn't include tax. So it was about 100.00 lacking. Still was cheaper than taking it to the dealer. Also they didn't charge me for an alignment b/c they forgot to add it in to the initial quote which was nice.



The bad: Very poor communication. Dropped off Tuesday. I was told my car would be done Wednesday and it was done Friday. I called twice and both times was told i would be called back with an ETA. I didn't hear from them for a couple of days until I called. When I picked up my car my spare tire winch was broken and thrown in the back of the car and i was told i could buy the replacement part when it came in. No thanks. It wasn't broken when i dropped it off. Also was told i would be called early in the week when the replacement part came in. Here it is two weeks later and no call on the part. I already fixed it myself, so don't worry about it.



They seem like nice people. Brad seems like he knows what he's doing but Duffy's should really keep in touch with their customers better. I was without a car for three days guessing when it would be done. Would have been nice if they called me to tell me it was going to be delayed and that the winch was broken.

I found Duffy's on yp.com, and they worked my RRC into their schedule immediately due to an urgent need. Since then, I have had occassion to use their services a few times, and I'm always pleased with bith the result and the cost. Conversely, I have found the service advisors at the dealer here; Tom Williams, to be rude, lazy, and waaaaay-overpriced.

Whey fix my car very fact and the price was fair to, I would use them again.

I own a 2006 Land Rover LR3. I had taken it to the dealership here in Birmingham for a noise in the rear of the truck. The dealer told me a new Differential was going to cost $4230 plus another $1296 for brakes and rotors. A friend refered me to Duffy's and and he did the Differential and Brake job for $3800.00 with a warranty on all parts and labor. I am very satisfied with these guys. They even have an English mechanic there to work on these cars. It is wonderful to have a place like this in town.

Highly recommend Duffy. Was expecting to pay $800 for my 80,0000 mile service at the dealership. Brad said it would probably be less than $500. He did it for $308. Said there was some stuff on the list that didn't need to be done. First time I've ever wanted to tip a mechanic! Now what on earth will I do with the extra $192?

Duffy Garage is awesome. They have done repair work on my 1999 Landrover twice and both times they were very affordable and fast.

The owner and staff are very knowledgable and they don't make you feel like you need to take your car to Europe to be repaired. I highly recommend them to anyone with domestic and foreign car issues.
