Got left in the cold for hours because they "couldn't find" where we were. They were not very fast and got lost other times as well.

We took a trip to Washington D.C in March, We had a driver that was out of this world. Robert Kimbrough (unsure of the last name spelling). He went out of his way to make sure that we had a great time. He had many great stories to tell us. He loved his job and it showed. Would love to take another trip with him.
