It was a friendly and helpful experience. I would like to thank Erica Holmes for her professsionalism and expertise during my visit.

I put a shotgun on layaway at the Leeds store and when I went to pick it up they tell me it is no longer on layaway. They had pulled it from me and re-pawned it to the original owner. They were not even going to give me my money back either, luckily they finally decided to. Had done business there several times and was happy until this happened. Sorry will be going a different place for now on. yes I know you will delete this post. Just so you know, it has been reported to the BBB, the city of leeds, and the state.

Dropped a white gold ring off to get resized and picked it up an hour later. He did a great job, you could never tell it was modified. The price was even a ton better than big stores that send the rings off for a week! Great service for a great price, I'm in.
