Mr.Clifford did our inspection on June 3, 2011. I had other inspections done in the past and was able to base by findings on what I have seen in the past. I found Mr. Jack Clifford to be professional and HIGHLY KNOWLEDGABLE about building, construction, etc as evidenced by his background and experiences. During his thorough inspection, he paid careful attention to detail. The owner indicated that things brought to our attention was not found by an inspection they had. After the inspection, Mr. Clifford explained in detail the report, making it very easy to make major decisions. This was a great experience!!!!!

We had our home inspected Jan. 29th by Mr Clifford. He was thorough and professional, and took time to answer all of our questions. We did not purchase the house due to a hidden water leak that caused substantial rotting. We will definitely call him when we find our next house.

Once the inspection was set up it was smooth sailing. The inspector was quick yet thorough on the job site. A general copy of the results of the inspection was ready immediately after the inspection. The inspector went out of his way to quickly get the complete inspection report to our agent late on a Friday nigh. I recommend Birmingham Inspection Services.
