The owner of the shop has no pride for his shop. He was very unprofessional and is a scammer. They are not a very busy business and I can see why. Took them three weeks for them to even assess my car damage. I decided to take it to another shop.

The owner of this shop is a crook!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED! LEARN THE LAWS ON UNCLAIMED PROPERTY OR HE'LL TWIST IT TO TRY AND STEAL/ AUCTION OFF YOUR CAR !! EVEN AFTER HE COLLECTS PAYMENT FROM THE INSURACE COMPANY....TRIED TO GET MY CAR BUT HE THOUGHT WE WHR IGNORANT.. STORY IS TO LONG TO ENTER HERE BUT I WILL BE REPORTING MY EXPERIENCE TO THE BBB!!!

The worst experience in my life!!!! I will never take a car to them again.... I have a brand new Nissan Maxima 2016. They took my entire car apart, cut my carpet in my driver's side floor board, look like they took my seats out and put some other seats in my car, my mirror was broke and they super glued it back together, my entire trunk was taken apart, they took my back bumper off, it wasn't even screwed down, the screws were thrown in my trunk, they did all of this to get some scratches out of my car's paint. My entire car shouldn't have been taken apart in order for you to paint it.... none of that should've been touch. Then when I asked the owner about my car why has my carpet been cut and I can see every wire and everything else where my gas pedal and brakes are? He told me that that's how it's made....All my emblems were taken off my car.... there aren't any holes in my trunk to indicate that they were even there.... I work for a car manufacturer and you're telling me this is how a $40,000 car is suppose to look... never will I do business with them again.... the owner is a crook....

I took my car to abi after someone broke into my car and totally damaged my door handle by knocking a huge hole in my door. My insurance company recommended abi and they were done with my car before the check was even ready. They not only fixed my car rite away but they did a great job on it. And they also gave me a free car wash and oil change. I highly recommend this auto body shop..

recomend ABI, A tree fell on my daughters car causing over $5,000 in repairs. ABI did a fantastic job in a timely manner and we have had no issues since picking her car up. This was my daughters first car, so it had to look great and they made it look as if nothing had ever happened to it.

I took my car to abi and the service I received was excellent! They went above and beyond to get my car repaired and returned in a timely fashion. Not to mention the detail job and free oil change I received! I strongly recommend them for all your automotive repair needs

The insurance company towed my car to Abi Collisions. They have sent me home twice with a sun roof that they say is fixed, but both times it has broken shortly after I got home. I don't know if I am going to waste my time on a third try. I also had a issue with there owner. I had an agreement with them to deposit my check on a certain day of the month, they put it in 3 wks early. I called a spoke with the owner( who was a very rude man) he said it was my fault that they put the check in early and he did me a favor fixing my car, which still is not fixed and the insurance company paid him a couple of thousand dollars as well as the money I paid out of pocket.

Although very pleasant, the rate was 3 times the price as their competitors! It doesn't pay to call around but it will cost you if you don't. I was quoted $182 to put a door handle on my car. I called early Friday morning and was told they could not put it on until Monday afternoon. I found a place in Hoover that only charged $64 and was able to put it on the same day (withing minutes). I am new to Alabama and the customer service has not been that great so but I give them credit for being pleasant but they need to come down on the prices.
