I have come to this store for years. They recently must have had some turn over in management because a new store manager was working the day I came in. She was uninterested in helping me at all. She seemed much more interested in conversing with her friends that were all talking about a trip. When I had to ask for help she was very rude to me and said shed only been there for like 8 weeks. I don't care! Just get a coat down for me! But still I bought that day. After all was done she begged me to do a survey on her saying her job depended on it then when I get home the alarm was still on my coat!!! I've never been so mad. She is lazy and doesn't deserve a survey! I hope this company understands that!!
