This cab Company is the worst ever. They yell at you, they hang up on you, they are not professional at all and have no respect or consideration for customers.if I could, I would like to meet the owner of the company and asked them to fire all his current employees and employ new ones who must be taught professional manners. Yellow cabs are always dirty and stinky, they smell cigarettes and alcohol. Please stay away from this company until the crazy people who work as call receptionists learn how to behave like normal human beings.

A Yellow cab driver literally threw my phone away when my bag spilt in his car and my phone was left in the car. How can a normal person behave like that? And when I called the company to report the loss of my phone in one of their cars, they were not patient to listen to me and told me to look for my phone elsewhere, and the next thing they did is hang up on me. They are evil, those who work at yellow cab as phone calls receptionists.

i have been waited for the cab more then hour, i understand it was snow outside but why they told me cab will be here within 15 minutes, the service is just crappy
