Horrible. They submitted the payment information incorrectly to two different banks for two different months of payments I made on a self-storage unit. The person handling my account refused to call either bank. She assessed late fees and locked up my stuff. I told her that one of the banks offered to verify over the phone that it was Averdi's error. She refused to call and said I must have had the charge reversed, which is not true. She yelled at me that she'd take me to court if I didn't pay the late charges! Then the bank called one of the owners on October 25 and explained that Averdi submitted the payment information late and so Visa had the charge reversed. It's Nov. 8 and still they won't unlock my property or take off the late fees. The co-owner has told me twice she's looking into it but I haven't heard anything other than to get a monthly invoice with the late charges still on the account. Stay away from this terrible company that will lock up your stuff if you don't pay late charges caused by their errors which they won't correct. Or is it an error? Maybe they are corrupt.
