These are the most professional, knowledgeable, and responsive folks I have seen in this industry. Everyone I deal with at the Insurance Center is courteous, and they handle my business requests as if I'm the only customer they have. Instead of selling me off-the-rack insurance policies, they sat down with me and reviewed my specific needs to tailor a comprehensive coverage plan. When the economy got tough, I made a phone call to my agent to see what could be done to lower my insurance costs. He said he'd take a look at it and call me back. I got a call back later the same day with specific suggestions for deleting, limiting, and adjusting coverage to meet my budget. Needless to say, I was greatly impressed. I have nothing but the greatest respect and admiration for these fine folks after putting up with terrible service for years from other prior service providers.
