Kitchen sink back up, called Rooter Wizard after hours Danny answered made appointment for next day...he showed up 2 hrs early and had the problem fixed within 30 min....awesome service.....Rooter Wizard will be my only call for plumbing needs.

Called with a sewer clog and needed 24 hour weekend service in Biloxi, Ms. They answered the phone and showed up within the hour. Steven was our tech and he was extremely knowledgeable and even included a camera inspection of our sewer line that found tree roots. He gave us a reasonable quote to replace the pipe and done all the work the same day. If you are looking for a great plumber that will ACTUALLY answer the phone, look no further. I called the Rooter Wizard after trying 3 other companies with no response. I had an old water heater located in my attic that began to leak water from our ceiling on Friday evening around 4:30. Steven from the Rooter Wizard offered instructions on how to get my water turned off and he arrived 25 min later. The water heater was original with my home and was 26 years old so replacement was necessary. I immediately thought a weekend without hot water however, Steven advised me he would install one the same night and he worked effortlessly until 9 p.m. to get my new one installed. His price was right, especially for being a weekend emergency. He installed a new valve for easy shut down of heater if necessary. He was extremely courteous and didn't mind answering any plumbing questions I had. He even wore booties over his shoes when he entered my home. I have the Rooter Wizard on speed dial and will never try another service. I highly recommend this very skilled and efficient company to anyone in the Biloxi area looking for a 5 star plumbing provider.

Emergency plumbing service needed to cut off water main. Called 5 others and the guys were the only that answered. Later I received a call back from another company from a call center far away. The rooter wizards were here within 30 min and repaired the issue same night and it was unbelievably affordable I won't call the other franchise rooters again. The rooter wizards are my new go to guys I highly recommend!
