This particular store (especially lindsey) has demonstrated the worst communication skills i have ever encountered in a retail business. I put in a request EVERYDAY for 14 days and was referred , by lindsey, to a particular manager. when i arrived at the store to obtain my order i was told that i needed to speak with another manager per LINDSEY'S instructions. the other manager was unavailable at the moment . upon her return 3 HOURS LATER, i was informed that LINDSEY had never mentioned my request, merely that she had said she had a few requests but didn't specify mine or that i was coming in. I drove an hour and waited 3 HOURS for NOTHING, THANK YOU LINDSEY!
