Small property management companies are not necessarily better. I've rented from much better in Billings.

I rented a house from them for two years. It had weeds everywhere and mice droppings in the sheds. I cleaned all of that and repaired the sheds. They promised me things would be repaired if I moved in, but they did not fix anything! I cleaned that place extensively and was expecting my $1200.00 deposit, but they kept it. They said in a letter I damaged the very things that were broken when I moved in and they promised to replace!! BAD people who are there to take advantage of you!

tI thought that everyone should know about the scam that Western Management company is running. They make you pay a $25.00 application fee even if they know they are going to rent a house to someone else. I applied to rent a house from them and they rented it to someone else but still cashed the check that I gave them even though the didn't process my application. I tried to talk to Billie but she was just rude and disrespectful. She told me that is their policy and that is the way they do things. Other rental companies allow you to pay the one time fee and look at as many place as you want to rent. However, Western Management does have any other rentals available. THEY HAVE RE-POSTED THE SAME HOUSE AT 1514 ANCHOR THAT THEY THE SAID THEY RENTED. THEY ARE JUST USING THIS HOUSE TO GET YOU MONEY. DONT FALL FOR IT..DO NOT RENT FROM WESTERN MANAGEMENT ALL THEY DO IT TAKE YOUR APPLICATION FEE. THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL...

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR APPLICATION FEE AND DENY YOU. THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO HELP PEOPLE FIND HOUSING THEY ARE JUST TAKING THE APPLICATION FEE.
