We had a horrible experience with the manager of this UPS store. Last week we came in on a freezing cold day (22 degrees outside) to drop off 2 boxes with prepaid UPS labels to be shipped. We brought our boxes inside the store to finish packing and taping up the boxes. It would have taken us 5 minutes to do so, but the store manager "kicked us out" of his store complaining that because we had prepaid UPS labels and we were not buying anything or any service from him, that we were NOT HIS customer, and he carried our boxes outside of his store. We pleaded with him to give us a break since it was 22 degrees and freezing outside. He explained that if he allowed us to tape up our boxes inside, it would be messy and disturbing to other customers. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE! This man was heartless and mean. We took our boxes to the other UPS store in town and they thankfully let us tape up our boxes inside their store - no problem. Will never use the Main Street UPS store again.
