Warning to all real estate agents ordering product from this company. All their samples show the title REALTOR with the trademark stamp, however, unless you are computer savvy enough to know the coding required to include the trademark stamp in the proof they will not print it and you will not be able to legally use any of your product. When I called them about my order I was told it was my fault and I should have googled instructions on how to code that onto my proof. The customer service is not something I would expect from a RE/MAX Approved supplier and would not recommend them nor use them in the future.

Terrible experience with this company. Bought a polo shirt with my company logo at a conference. My intent to wear it for a training I would be doing when I got back. The 2nd time wearing the shirt, the threading started to come off at the training I was holding. Very embarrassing. I called Smith, they said to send it back. I paid the shipping. They received it and told me they are unable to refund/replace it due to it being past the 30 days. (by 2 days by the way). The best they can do is 20% off on my next purchase and I had to pay $20 for shipping. To recap, I don't get a replacement, I had to pay for shipping to return it, and to top it off, I had to pay more money than what I bought it for to get another shirt. Unacceptable, when I spoke the rep the first time, she never bother to advise of the 30 day policy.
